Big Texas Jerky No Refund Policy

At Big Texas Jerky, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and fast fulfillment. Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all sales are final.

All Sales Final (No Refunds)

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and processed.

Order Issues We Will Make Right

If there is a problem on our end, we will work with you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if any of the following occurs:

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit

  • You receive the wrong item(s)

  • Your package is missing item(s)

  • Your order arrives spoiled or unsafe to consume (very rare, but we’ll handle it)

To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (including shipping label)

  • A brief description of the issue

If we confirm the issue qualifies, our resolution may include a replacement shipment or store credit (at our discretion). Refunds are not issued.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your package is handed to the carrier (USPS/UPS/etc.), delivery timing is outside our control. Shipping delays, missed delivery estimates, or carrier handling issues do not qualify for refunds.
That said, if a package is truly lost, we will assist you in filing a claim and finding a fair resolution.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve the package, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not provided.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled and remains final sale.
